WE PROVIDE BUILDING APPROVALS, CERTIFICATION & CONSULTING SERVICES THROUGHOUT QUEENSLAND.

The MJR Building Approvals team consists of Mike Rourke, Director and Certifier. Mike has completed a degree in Building Surveying and Diploma of Project Management. He is Nationally Accredited through the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) as a Level 1 Building Surveyor and licenced by the QBCC as a Level 1 Private Certifier. Having worked in Building Surveying Consultancy and Certification roles since 2004, he has gained experience within many aspects of the industry in relation to residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Nationally for the Department of Defence.

Office Manager, Vanessa Mahon, has worked in Building Certification Administration since 2007. Vanessa provides a support role to clients and facilitates building works and other statutory applications. Her experience in dealing with Local Government and other Statutory Authorities assists timely and accurate outcomes for clientele.
